In August 2022, the Central Valley Chaos has officially been recognized as a 501(c)3 under IRS definition of non-profit organizations. The Central Valley Chaos Women’s Football Club is organized for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The Central Valley Chaos Women’s Football Club is also organized and operated to foster national or international amateur sports competition, it is also organized and operated primarily to conduct or to support and develop amateur athletes for national or international competition in sports, under the definition of a 501(j).
